Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's that time again! I used the online version of Turbo Tax this year and think I will go back to the CD version next year. The online version was a bit glitchy and kicked me out several times while finishing up the process of sending the taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was ok The software kept looping me through an identity theft "bundle" - NO, I don't want your up sale. Stop asking. Also, at the end it would not file my return. I had to log out and log back in and THEN it worked. Other than that Turbo Tax is fantastic.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Turbo Tax EVER! My last year's info was never brought forward even after repeated tries. Much irritation and wasted time with them constantly bombarding me with promotions tor other Intuit products and upgrades The directions were confusing, incomplete and frustrating throughout. Just one example, It finally told me that my form was complete and the only thing left to do was to hit EFILE. After several seconds it told me that my return did not go through because my email address, which was used over and over throughout the return, was not verified! No specific remedy or instructions were offered. I had no idea what to do or how to do it. After repeated reviews of my return I eventually found an obscure reference that contained "Verify". Pushing it led to the elusive instructions on how to verify my email address. The verification process, however, didn't work. Intuit said that "...the authenticity of the received data could not be verified". turns out it was from another Intuit company! Oh yeah, before I forget, the price was way way much higher.
