Rated 2 out of 5 by from I'll be using a different serivive next year I went from "free taxes" to paying $400 dollars and the "experts" are not helpful AT ALL. I did my taxes and the entire time they kept suggesting that they would do them. They will sell you product after product. Then only give you the option to e file. then you have to pay for the efile. It isn't optional!!
