Rated 2 out of 5 by from Really nice UX and UI, but still UPSELLING honestly really seamless and easy to use on one's own, I feel for the tax experts waiting in the wings to lend a hand because for 8/10 ppl they won't help with tax filing any more than this User Experience / User Interface does. That said, don't expect anything less than the classic TurboTax-Tactic of upselling with buried/hard-to-find skip buttons!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax needs revising I have been a fan of TurboTax since it first came out. Filing electronically when filing with IRS required using a PIN Code. Last year or the last several years it's been a breeze. This year I found after inputting incorrect that trying to correct or fix was a pain. I eventually ended up starting all over again after spending almost an hour trying to fix my mistake. It would be nice to be able to delete/correct items, go back to the original field/question and change inputs. To much overselling the extra services through-out. The new speed thing is unnecessary. I not concerned about speed at all and all about getting it right. I did think that the explanations on topics was a lot better, especially when there where scenarios to get an idea. Other than that I'm a big fan still of TurboTax and I like the various of levels of support for filing. Although some of the questions when going through the questions were either vague or the question was hard to understand and answer. Hence the topic explanations helped. Years ago though I believe the help file when clicked on brought up help on that particular screen. If not this would be wonderful addition. Getting help on the screen you're in and having the ability to search as well.Thanks for opportunity to keep making TurboTax better. The review button to submit not working.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use in a Complex Tax World I have been using TurboTax for years and as the tax returns get much more complicated I am finding the use of TurboTax easier. The help facility is great. Will continue to use long into my retirement years.
