Rated 4 out of 5 by from Effective tool, but missing some key functions. I have never been able to successfully import forms from my financial institutions, even those that show in the lists. While initially asked if we had IRS identity protections, Turbo tax never prompted for entry. I did find one question in the help search that identified the same issue. I was one click away from submitting a return that surely would have been rejected had I not returned to find where to enter the PIN.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works...but Lindsey was a great provider today. However I do not know if my file was sent, i received no confirmation at all and this does not allow me to move forward in paying off the taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Prior year estimate did not populate I copied from information from last year's return. State estimate paid did not populate on this year's return. I searched and found where to enter the payments on State in order to receive a refund.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Could be clearer, earlier entryTrad vs Roth IRA I use Turbotax to verify Traditional Vs Roth IRA and open. I have not had access to retirement plan thru my jobs, but my wife's work provided. She retired this year and her W-2 reflects plan even though no longer available. It seems like Turbotax logic did not catch this till after I contributed to her Traditional making it non-deductable.
