Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of Crap I've finished everything and I'm trying to file electronically. I've paid for Audit Defense. I've paid for file my State return. However, I CANNOT file. It keeps asking me to pay again. This is not rocket science. I've ALREADY paid. I've got email receipts but this dumb code will not let me file. My friend said, hey, you should try TurboTax. Wait til I see him.

The young lady assisted me with patience and kindness. She quickly answered my question and I was able to finish my return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes doing taxes yourself so easy I use TurboTax free online each year since I have little to report. The process is very easy. Sometimes I don't understand the wording but once I get the answer it is super easy to move on. They always find my maximum refund, whatever amount that may be. Thank you TurboTax!
