Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Bad experience with TurboTax Vey bad product support, I had to talk 6 hours to customer service and 4 support people to get my TurboTax to work and 3 product keys. and I'm still out my $69.95 for 2021 disk version. At least they got the 2022 on line to work.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product. Sleazy tactics to get extra $ from U I like the software---it is user friendly. What I do not like is the multiple attempts this company makes to squeeze more money out of you. If you don't pay close attention to what you are clicking, you will find yourself agreeing to an "extra" like the $39 to have the turbo tax filing fee taken from your refund vs. using your own credit card to pay. Seems gimmicky. I'm already buying your product, relax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TAX REVIEW THE ONLY THING IS CREDIT KARMA SWITCHED FROM CASH APP TAXES TO TURBO TAX AND DIDNT CARRY OVER ALL THE TAX FORMS WHICH WAS KIND OF A PAIN. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE BUT I GUESS THAT IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN ITS FREE . OTHER THAN THAT TURBO TAX IS GREAT

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Over complicated and inaccurate Turbo tax failed to import 2 W-2s from a fortune 500 company. Imported Fidelity 1099- but didn't / couldn't recognize the supplemental data that changed taxs significantly. Had to delete and manually enter. Tested our H&R block online to and had no issues with imports. - Defintely switching after 7 years of using turbotax.
