Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced to Make Additional Purchase I purchased two versions of TurboTax, one for my elderly widowed mother and one for myself. I was able to file her taxes no problem. However, when I deleted the first version and installed the second version I was forced to buy my state which should have been included ($45.00). Called for help, but on the line for 46 minutes with no resolution. Very sad because I have always used TurboTax and may not next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Did not handle the 1099 NEC well I hope I filed my return correctly. The software did not account for the situation that covered my payments at all. I was paid by a my local board of elections board. I was not a small business if pushed me to fill out like i was a business

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was amazing. Fast and easy to use I had a great experience using turbo tax. They made filing my return so easy and fast. I especially liked the fact that I can load my W2s as pdfs and turbo tax knows how to read them. It saves me from so much typing.
