Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the AI of Taxes I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 20 years. I don't know what i would do without it. When I file using Turbo Tax I'm confident I paid the correct amount and not a penny more that was necessary. We Americans have a very complicated federal income tax system. Turbo Tax is the best way to wade through this with confidence.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax should not charge you if you have zero's TurboTax is great,, BUT why are you charging me almost 200 when i dont have a refund and dont owe anything, Where is the discount i find this very unfair, your taking money from people that dont have money in the first place.

But again, this year you proved that it couldn't be easier. So when I see people walking into tax places, I will lament that they too think it's more complicated than it is. Thank you for keeping me faithful!

The program took me through numerous questions that I wouldn't have thought of on my own.
