Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent other than 4 hour phone call to install After a 4 hour phone call to install the product for Mac, the preparation was pretty easy. Some things are not intuitive after having been a CPA for 21 years (too long). After doing one tax return, I now know where to look on the next one. Some things could be better but all in all, I am happy with the result. If you get a new person on the customer support line, good luck. Ask for a supervisor.

I understand things do increase due to inflations. Therefore, by providing discount to return user would promote greater returning customers. Just a thought,

I took advantage of the opportunity to speak with a reviewer before finalizing. Brandon called me exactly at the time promised, listened to my concerns, went over everything in great detail, and now I'm confident I'm getting a big, fat refund. Thank you, Brandon!

I started in college with very simple taxes and then had years where I had no idea what I was doing as a clergy member, business owner, and more. Turbo Tax's smart, helpful tools have always given me confidence, even if I'd owed way more than I hoped!
