Rated 1 out of 5 by from no this sucked this was my first time filing taxes. when i started, it said it would take me 28 minutes. it probably took me 2 hours. i finished federal taxes and moved onto state. it asked me if i received frontline worker pay, which i did so i added it. then, it was flagging me because i didn't add it as federal income. so i went back to the federal return to add it, and then i had to upgrade to deluxe software and pay $69 for it. just to add ONE additional "other" income. that's ridiculous. turbotax hates frontline workers i guess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent Importing Options Was happy to know that Turbo Tax imported various banking information. Was rather easy to use. However, Turbo Tax is more expensive than the program I have been using. I only used it because of the easy importing. And, too many times throughout processing my taxes I was given the option to upgrade. One time is enough.
