Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs work to know amount needed to itemize The tax software indicated that if I had more than $2,200 in medical expenses to continue to see if itemizing deductions would be better than standard. After spending a full day putting all the categorizes in a spreadsheet, I had over $11,000 in medical deductions only to find that the standard deduction was best. Wasted a day. The program should be able to tell me the amount needed to itemize verses standard deduction and be accurate. Otherwise, it is a very good program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Good Tool It was an easy to use tool. Very convenient and fast. Price was acceptable. I had been using Turbo Tax for more than 5 year now and I will not use any other one… One suggestion..please add the Puerto Rico Tx return to your options.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs a lot more to work correctly Iam very unhappy with the state portion of Turbo tax. I spent at least 3 hours on the phone trying to get my Minnesota tax right. Did not accomplish anything with the 2 persons I talked to. I final had to force my state return to get it to come out correctly . This is not the first year this has happenned. I have to send forms and message to my state to why I had to amke the change
