Rated 5 out of 5 by from Once again Disk copy bad What can I say? Once I got pass the disk having a bad file on it and downloaded a copy from your website, all worked well. I have been with you guys since MacInTax back in the day. You've been consistently good with the software, but have had failings in the distribution. This is the price of popularity. Thanks

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX wants fees for everything One thing that I don't like about Turbo Tax is that if you have a question, it is difficult to get a response unless you pay a fee for technical expertise. Also, I'm skeptical as to whether some of the information that I filed for my Federal return transferred correctly to my state returns.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Ok, but missing some important help Some aspects work very well such as automated import of W2, Bank and Stock information, other aspects are wanting. Input of stock trades was painful and their applet was inaccurate. Would like direct input of supplemental info from brokerage. No help available over than forums/self help even for issues with tool.
