Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2022 in the bag Easy and straight forward. Issue: Jointly filed with a spouse who died in 2022, but the app continued to have deceased spouse as the contact info on the form. Suggest updating the form to show the surviving spouse or have a trigger to ask about the contact info instead of just resorting to using the deceased persons information.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thank you! As everything now-a-days is automated I often get frustrated with having to accomplish whatever it is I need doing online. Links don't work, information on how to fill out forms is incomplete or confusing, etc. And when you do have a number to call for assistance you end up being on hold for ever or having to wait for a call back from support. Even though you don't talk to a real human Turbotax is very easy to use. I imagine that if I had needed to talk with a live person they too would have been helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Filing Pin a pain We've used TT for the past 15 yrs and never have had problems. Now our tax return is constantly rejected due to faulty pin. TT does not have anywhere that I can find, how to look up our pins. What a pain in the caboose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software is getting worse Some questions are confusing; some forms are hard to find. Some of the live helpers are clueless. In calculating our SEP contribution, the numbers kept changing. It also asked intrusive questions such as our retirement account balances. We have used this software for many years. Not sure if we will return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax!!! As someone who gets anxious over filing taxes, I really appreciate TurboTax. It makes the experience of filing taxes so smooth. I especially love how easy it is to find answers and explanations to any questions I have with a simple click. The way TurboTax presents information makes understanding my taxes so easy. A friend of mine recommended I use TurboTax and I'm so glad I did! I'll definitely be using TurboTax next year! Thank you to everyone who makes TurboTax possible! I'm so thankful!
