I thought I was done when I completed payment information, but this tripped me up a couple years ago when I had paid, but returns were unbeknownst never filed. Big hassle the next year, plus state penalty. I had to go back to look for filing information to complete the review and filing electronically this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Explanation Needed The "Underpayment penalty could have been explained in more detail. I had no idea there was such a thing. Calculations were included in the copy, but I don't remember any questions for the penalty. Still not clear if I owe money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Costs $200 just to file taxes Half the functionalities did not even work when filing my taxes. Regardless, I had to pay $200 in fees just so I could upload one file. Absolute scam.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Has lost some luster I've been using TurboTax for ages. This year, I had to actively search for places where some income was to be reported. It was unable to connect to Wells Fargo, forms that were read from PDF were entered incorrectly, then not able to be edited. I had to file both Fed and State by mail because of it. Next year, I'll pay someone to do my taxes.
