Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good enough but could be better One area for improvement is the access to Supporting Details. The access is inconsistent and unclear what access is required for the different forms.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use but ridiculously expensive I used this through the tab in Mint and the process overall was pretty easy(for taxes) but at the end of the day TT cost me about $300 due to $200 twitch income and $500 contractor income. Seeing that made me owe fed. 32$ and state refund was 170$ I'm still at more of a loss just from using TurboTax than any other factor. I didn't have time to look for alternatives this year so I filed, but I'm definitely going to look elsewhere next year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Glitchy Repeats loops of information already requested with no guidance about how to break the loop. When filing state taxes the form insisted I provide an apartment number despite not living in an apartment. It would not accept a non alphanumeric value (-, _ etc).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax does not work well for ex-pats Turbo Tax' chat bot could not answer any questions related to taxes for an American living abroad. What's worse, it tried to force me into writing state names I resided in as opposed to indicating I was in a foreign country.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and convenient Great, do it yourself product. I used to be intimidated by the tax process, not anymore. TurboTax takes you through the process step by step, you can go at your pace. The best part for me is, it stores your information for the next season. I used to pay hundreds of dollars to have this done, not anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed to properly file Registered Domestic Partne TurboTax failed to properly filed the registered domestic partnership despite my specifying that fact multiple times. This is basically malpractice. Good thing I checked it before I filed.
