I had a very hard time hearing and understanding the person that I spoke to. I was told that it was good to go and I tried to send it and it failed. Then I couldn't get back in to change it.

When I requested help from an expert, Turbotax took me on a 4 hour experience of being put on hold, waiting for phonecalls that never happened, and having people in the chat give bad advice that resulted in me having to re-enter entire forms. I was paying for extra services, but Turbotax just made the entire experience awful by wasting my time. Ken was helpful. Mareysha D. was a start. But other staff simply punted and made everything worse.

A simple tax return is one that's filed using IRS Form 1040 only, without having to attach any forms or schedules. Only certain taxpayers are eligible.
