Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax 2022 Your customer service people were awful. They couldn't answer a question and hung up. When I called back (which takes forever before the robot transfers you to a live person) the person gave me the IRS number instead of helping me with an error in my taxes. The IRS number was not even to an agent but to an adjunct department that solve IRS problems. They referred me back to Turbo Tax. The third time I was disconnected after a ten minute wait. Horrible service. Will strongly reconsider Turbo tax for next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is very awesome I have been using TurboTax for the past 5 years. I got tired of paying other companies a whole lot of money to file my taxes. So I started doing it myself on TurboTax. I even do my close family for free . The software is very easy to understand

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No More H&R Block For Me I have used H & R Block for some years and tried Turbo Tax last year. So much easier to use and helped me find deductions I would have missed. Of course, I came back this year and again it did not disappoint! Thank you!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Longer See The Value in Using TurboTax 2 out of the past 3 years, I have ended up disappointed with my lack of refund, which in and of itself wouldn't be a problem if TurboTax's fees weren't increasing all the while. It's just not practical for me to use this service to do my taxes anymore, and I will be using another product/service next year.

When I asked to speak with another member or CPA and challenged further they got mad and hung up the phone. Software is okay, but the instant you need help or have a question, forget it.
