Rated 1 out of 5 by from WHY THE EXTRA FEE AT THE END Doing taxes with you guys is horrible!!! But when you set me up with the expectation earlier on that I'm paying a certain amount for fees but at the end having to pay additional fee to do taxes really upsets me.. I started out with a $175.00 refund and was lead on to think I was getting 105 after fee but when I'm ready to submit my form I get hit with another fee for 39 bucks. I end up only getting $31.00 after a total of $144 in fees. Wow, TurboTax its one thing to feel ripped off from the government but not you guys. I thought you guys are supposed to be the hero but you end up being like everyone else in this awful system. I hate you guys

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Careful if you're self-employed and on Obamacare The Home and Business program needs help if you are self-employed, are on a Marketplace healthcare plan, and you have a non-dependent child on your healthcare plan. The proper allocations cannot be entered into the program, and you're greeted with an error message of the entry being "not supported." In order to be able to e-file, you must de-select the box that you share your healthcare plan with your child. This is against IRS published rules for Form 8962.

I have been using the Turbo Tax for last couple of years and the explanation & step by step process exceeds my expectations. Only issue I have is with the pricing. I would like to receive vouchers or discounts if we use this for more than 1 occasion with a family. Please consider. I have paid a lot of money towards the taxes between my whole family as my kids have income to report to IRS as well. Thank you Turbo Tax team.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Affordable Care Act and Dependents There is work still to be done by Turbo Tax when it comes to the Affordable Care Act, Tax Households with Young Adults (19 to 23 yrs of age), Partial Year Dependent Children, and reconciliation of all of that with the 1095-A and Household MAGI. This is the third or fourth I have really struggled with getting my return correct. My interview questions by Turbo Tax (and probably more guidance from the IRS) to improve the comfort level of return accuracy. Turbo Tax knows how to reach me if they are truly interested in improving this aspect of their product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can NEVER transfer information from prior year I use Turbo Tax to file taxes for many years and TurboTax can NEVER transfer information from prior tax year to current tax year. TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!
