Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax does the job Fairly easy to use, however, there are some nuances such as college loan interest and education related expenses that are difficult to add in and sometimes the software doesn't calculate correctly. We will continue to use it though.

Right from the download on through to the e-filing I had difficulty with the program executing tasks and provided help. I found may sections to be ambiguous and unclear to the layman tax preparer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from terrible product for a retiree. social security is my only income, no expenses, no deductions, no nothing. this product can't e-file, can't give me printed docs AND charged me 118 for the privilege of getting no service at all from them. I will not be using this product ever again. I've used this for over 10 years.
