Rated 5 out of 5 by from efficient & never fails I've been using turbotax for a few years now and it never fails to amaze me how simple it is. There's always explanations in case you don't understand and you can always contact them for more information to help you further if needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not sure Turbotax is worth it anymore explanation of connections is skimpy. a number of topics are not covered in step-by-step. cost keeps going up -- added charges for states is a ripoff.

For me, I experienced more back and forth in understanding some of the questions re investments. The explanations that should clarify the input of info wasn't as helpful as it has been in the past. I called the help line (first time in doing so) to get clarification I was looking for. The support was helpful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good product. I have used for 12 years so far It is pretty easy to use. They could always be more detailed on some of the items to better understand what the reference means and where the numbers are going. But I do like the fact that I can easily look at the forms too. I go back and forth between forms and answering TurboTax questions just to make sure I know where the numbers are going on the forms. I have used TurboTax for all the different states I have lived in too. I love details and explanations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fine Theyre fine. The fact that they constantly upcharge and ALSO add $39 processing fee and a $50 fee to file state tax is ridiculous. There are better methods out there, no doubt.
