Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has gotten glitchy The software sends me into infinite loops not indicating a problem, so I have to guess and finally get it to accept the information. Not good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Problems with 8453FE I was well pleased with TurboTax Buisness for preparing my Trust Return. The trust income was straight forward although it would have been nice to be able to download the data from financial institutions. More information on Distributions would be appreciated. But the handling of Form 8453FE was totally inadequate. The procedure for looking at the signed copy shown in the program would not work as far as I could tell. Most Frustrating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is still very good Turbotax is still the best thing out there, I think. I like how it imports my information from the year before and wals me through things. I do however how a couple of complaints. First, the help field is not very helpful. It seems like it was more robust and better organized on prior versions. Second, it seemed to have a glitch on the education portion and told me two different ways to input the information. That can be confusing, and again when I went to search the community, no help really. I like that I could contact an accountant for help but the wait time was long.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unsatisfactory Many "help" fields would NOT open. On a number of question the only answers available did not apply but there were no instructions for moving forward. VERY frustrating. Through trial/error discovered that I had to enter an incorrect answer then delete it to move forward. Will likely have to submit an amended return. Help desk lady was very nice and helpful the one time I was able to get one.
