Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product does not take no for an answer After asking your preferences it keeps badgering you to upgrade and provide personal information many times; very annoying ans time consuming to keep clicking through. It also skipped several steps for entering expenses and charitable contributions with out explanation. Also did not fill in over 20 information fields that should have been easy to do for the State return. Bad information about 529 taxable income limits and how to get around paying taxes on distributions. Probably the last year for me with all of these issues I don't have a high level of confidence that everything was done correctly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problematic 1. Interruption of import from financial institution to get Intuit account information poorly timed and executed. Dialogs requiring input kept redisplaying, back button became disabled requiring a restart, forced to exit app and create a new account with a different email address because it kept saying that my email was taken, etc. 2. Some of the information text is confusing - In the section for deductions or credits why include Covid in the same paragraph as disaster? Didn't know whether it was an either or situation or both. 3. Nonproductive redisplaying of dialogs requiring reentry of information. Have QA find and report it. 4. Even this form registers a checkmark simply because I clicked on the drop down list without selecting anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I rely on Turbo Tax I rely on Turbo Tax to be accurate as it guides me through all the ins and outs of filing taxes especially when we file using our deductibles. Turbo Tax shows you how to claim as many deductions as possible.

Not a walk in the park but instead a guided forest walk with a virtual tax ranger who asks what may feel like invasive questions at times but reassuring questions that help understand the process and the legal ramifications if not filing correctly. Good service that looks to be improving over the years. Will continue to use until i get rich enough to hire a CPA to handle my taxes. What you thought I was going to file my taxes every year solo dolo. No thanks... 3 hrs is alot of time to sit infront a computer to file taxes. All in all though, thank you Turbo Tax for your services. Appreciate it greatly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy.Afforable. I was going to use a free Military One Source/H&R Block, but the website doesn't compare to Turbo Tax. This is my 8th year filing with Turbo Tax. Although it is not free, it is easy, there are sooooo many detailed questions to ensure I get my deductions and it is super user-friendly.
