Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues with Turbo Tax for 2023 releases I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 years or so. No real problems until this year. Besides what seems like the charitable deductions for donated "Fair Market Items" not being updated, I had a very difficult time transmitting my CA returns due to an issue with an entry in SDI Excess. The issue is that we are retired and have no W2's to enter. So, we would not have had to pay SDI. I entered 0.00 on the correction screen a number of times until the program said that I had to enter another value on line 76, which has to do with YCTC (Young Child Tax Credit). Of which we have nothing to do with.

Turbox is always accurate and provides us with the appropriate information to determine our returns. I recommend Turbox tax to everyone. So quick, so easy, so convenient, so cool!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from sort of easy, but hidden fees altogether easy enough experience but it asked a lot of questions that I didn't have answers to, like forcing me to write estimated taxes paid even though I hadn't paid any. When I started filing it had notified me that it would be $120, however at the very end it applied "colorado state tax" fee of $60 and a fee of $39 to deposit directly, so even if they say it's $120 its actually a total of over $200 if you want direct deposit. they also don't mail you the check anymore, so you can only direct deposit.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad service. For the last 2 yeears I have gotten the same E File rejection error. I find out fromyour phone support that you know there issues with AGI being recognized. Why don't you put this in yoour common problems.
