Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax gave me peace of mind!!! I sold my home and was not comfortable completing my tax return. After I downloaded my tax documents I was immediately contacted by a representative. We reviewed together to ensure I had all the necessary documents. There was 1 document missing that was needed to fille my taxes. I loaded the document, and we had a final review. I was then escalated to a tax expert. This representative was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. My return was escalated to the final review team, and they approved with no changes! Excellent process and customer service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great job this year! Something about this year was better than last: Race mode was fun, and it seemed even more intuitive to navigate. Maybe it's just me growing familiar with TurboTax, but the MAX protection seems worth it, whereas I didn't buy any Intuit products last year. I don't need anyone to do my taxes for me, but the MAX help provides peace of mind.
