Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mor complex than needed All my old info was there and I expected to complete in an hour. I kept being sent to summation pages, and not the next page I needed. This added an hour. Had to ask questions 3-5 times and called twice. Auto phone service could be better. I use the most simple forms; have filed at least 5 times with you. This was the most difficult time I have ever had with you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I WOULDN'T USE IT AGAIN Turbo Tax is said to be easy and and it helps you get the maximum return, but it is anything, but great. I will not be using this poor excuse for a tax filing system again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst Version Ever This version was very confusing. From having trouble downloading to running the program. Clicked on yes/no or continue and it would go to wrong page. Directions could be better/clearer. It would help if the font bigger. Saved, then scanned for errors. Made corrections and everything disappeared. had to start over. Been using Turbo for years

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NO FREE STATE FILING FOR ME This is the second year that as I try to efile my State taxes TurboTax charges me $25.00. Needless to say I am mailing my State tax again this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall Turbo Tax delivered as expected.. I have used this tool for several years now and overall like the experience. This year's tool seemed little more difficult than I remember, especially for any differences in the pre-loaded tax forms such as the 1098-R and my hard copies. To complete the returns I had to open 3 different chat sessions. The wait times for their techs to respond ran from 5min to around 12mins which was excellent!. The advice received was correct in two instances and incorrect in another, which cost me hours of lost time trying to find a way to fix something that did not need to be fixed. After I opened a second chat, this time received the correct answer and wonderful support. This tech was a huge help!. They remotely connected to my computer and walked me through how to correct things. Once this was done the rest was very easy. I deducted one star for the incorrect tech support answer, otherwise Turbo Tax got the job done and helped us save a little money preparing and filing both Federal and State taxes at the same time.
