Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is only getting worse and more expensive! Unfortunately, TurboTax makes the questions and order of questions confusing and makes it longer to complete filing taxes. A bigger issue is that to file anything other than W-2 forms it asks for an upgrade, meaning that TurboTax charges a lot for even filing simplest things that won't help in deductions or bring money back. Added fees are unnecessary and can be too high when combined. It seems like now there is an added charge to file state taxes via TurboTax, which was used to be free. Overall, I had to spend a lot of money to finish filing my taxes that I could have saved using another platform.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is fairly easy and convenient We have used TurboTax for several years now and as usual it is easy to follow and even more convenient. We appreciate the option as well to just download it from the internet without the need of a physical copy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works well but shouldnt have to exist The software works well compared to others of the type, but is very expensive for such a simple piece of software. If Inuit and other tax software companies didn't prop up their industry with lobbying against tax reform this dead-weight drain on American taxpayers wouldnt be necessary.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Most Confusing Its Ever Been, What Gives? There were many sections that did not pertain to me. Sections I've never seen in previous years. While I recognize tax laws change from year to year, it would be nice if the program would remove irrelevant sections once it recognizes the filers circumstance. ALSO I tried e-filing three times, and the system apparently didn't recognize some data. This was the stage after I had paid for the state filings. Just grateful the program recognized I had paid. I was worried I had been double charged. Thankfully, I'm not grappling with that. Simply please. And program a way to delete sections that don't apply somehow. Thanks for asking.
