Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax not user friendly Out of the four experts I dealt with only the last one (Loyd) was able to help. Staff seems to be less knowledgeable than the previous years. I had to have 4 phone sessions with different staff and spent over 5 hours on the phone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax gets the job done. Don't like the multiple product sales. The pop up descriptions are not clear enough to really be helpful when I get stuck. And deducting from my refund used to be free, this might make me choose elsewhere next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked well, but 8915 form not available until Mar For the most part software was easy to use. When tried to enter tax info in Feb, spent several hours trying to enter Covid cares act yr 3 data. Called Support, got a person quickly, very helpful, but took an hour or so to finally realize the 8915F form had not been released yet. Took until about mid march to get the update. I think it was form 8915, or maybe 1099R, that indicated to add another form for spouse, but it would not allow me to do that. Also, got to the last step to print required documents, and got an error saying it couldn't convert to PDF format. I think the final results are what I expected, but was definitely not a quick and clean as I expected
