Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with this years Turbo Tax I have been using Turbo Tax since basically it's inception. This was by far the worse experience I have had. First the program would not install correctly and support was unable to help. Then there was issue with importing tax from financial institutions and provided comment "no problem you can enter the data manually". Really? I was able to solve problem by refreshing IP addresses but no other program on my computer has this issue. I still had to enter some 1099 data manually. It feels like program has become bloated, confusing (with imports for example), and it was definitely an unpleasant experience after so many years (more than a decade) of being a fan of Turbo Tax.
