Rated 3 out of 5 by from I was over charged I could not get you guys extra fee for protection out I deleted and than the software would automatically add back again the fee of I think $45 and I really don’t need to pay for that. How can I get that fee cancelled I tried several times.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX is a good tool for Tax Returns Please STOP requiring the AGI from the previous year's tax return. There simply are too many ways to lose that information and totally STOP us from E-Filing. Also check out the IDME program, the required information to verify one's identity sounds too much like a Hacker fishing for our guarded information. If you're going to endorse a program that requires such sensitive information, it had better be HACKER PROOF.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is helpful but expensive Turbo tax is efficient and helpful but having to pay $178 just to file federal and state taxes online and then pay a $39 processing fee on top of that is silly.
