Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used to swear by turbo tax Turbo Tax is simple to use, thorough and accurate, but they have not maintained all of their conveniences over time. Specifically, I can no longer access prior years' files except perhaps through the original software the original software for that year. Yet they require me to delete previous versions to download this year's software. So there ar179 deduction carryovers were not automatically downloaded from previous years. On the bright side, thanks, Turbo Tax, for removing a reason to be loyal to you. Now I have no reason to shop for the least expensive options each year. Hurray for price competitions!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 2210 form calculations inaccurate How hard is it to get the form 2210 calculations correct? There is no penalty if you pay the tax on an IRA RMD if you pay the estimated tax in the same quarter as you take the distribution.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This product makes me wish we just got a tax bill So tired of being asked to upgrade to 'Max' every other screen. They say they'll import data automatically from many sources, banks, etc but the integrations rarely work, mostly error, due to an issue with either TurboTax or the 3rd party, so you have to enter everything manually anyway. The fact they raise prices the closer you get to the tax due date should also be illegal. Absolutely ridiculous. Overall, very unhappy with this product.

I am in a FB group for fed taxes and people are always posting about issues and problems they have. There is also a lot of fraud out there-fly by night preparers that have their clients refunds sent to themselves or stealing identities. Turbo Tax makes it so easy. They take all the guesswork out of it and are reliable and you get your money fast.
