Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality is Falling & Service A Joke The program did not automatically save my initial entries into my return. It also did not ask if I wanted to save my return. Also, I electronically filed my federal and state returns. I verified everything I submitted was correct (the e-file PIN and the prior yr AGI), but return rejected. So, I just printed and mailed both returns... and to top it off, I had absolutely no luck getting the charge for filing the state return refunded, even after sitting on hold for 30+ minutes. They pointed me back to a generic refund page & form, which they ultimately denied because they warranty their product for only 60 days! And, like a fool, I purchased it soon after it became available. I have used TurboTax for many years. I will use something else next year - I don't care what it costs. H&R Block has good reviews.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Maybe I'm just scared to go elsewhere It seems to get worse every year and they require to delete all of your progress and start over to downgrade if you accidentally get into the "LIVE" version at any point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbon Tax is easy and convenient I used to do my taxes by filling in PDF from IRS and mailing it. Turbo Tax is 100% better. No math errors. And it is very easy to amend return when you find missing documents after initial filing.

For the past several years, I wished I could view the tax forms as I complete them, but I have been unable to figure out how to do that. Once I pay at the end, the forms can be viewed. Seeing forms as I go would be helpful.
