Rated 2 out of 5 by from Easy to use, but horrible price It's easy to use, but it's just too expensive. My biggest beef is with the State filing. It costs an extra $59 to fill state forms out, plus $59 to file them together. I ended up paying $120 to file for state alone, just to turn around and pay the State $170. Not worth it if you're already running low on money. Then, the way they *constantly* try to get you to upgrade your filing package to "MAX" - they're like a telemarketer! :/ I'm certainly not happy with it; I'll definitely be looking for a different service next year.

It's full of bugs, a 1099-MISC was categorized as sole-proprietor schedule-C, and I couldn't delete it from my forms. It is truly frustrating. $25 for each state returns, to e-file, and $45 first option to pay with my return instead of using a credit card. This is truly a scam.
