I started doing my taxes on another site and just kept getting stuck and not able to find what I needed- navigating to find resources I actually needed were difficult. I checked out TT and saw how much they updated the system, gave it a go, and got them done! Getting a better return than expected!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Quality is Falling & Service A Joke The program did not automatically save my initial entries into my return. It also did not ask if I wanted to save my return. Also, I electronically filed my federal and state returns. I verified everything I submitted was correct (the e-file PIN and the prior yr AGI), but return rejected. So, I just printed and mailed both returns... and to top it off, I had absolutely no luck getting the charge for filing the state return refunded, even after sitting on hold for 30+ minutes. They pointed me back to a generic refund page & form, which they ultimately denied because they warranty their product for only 60 days! And, like a fool, I purchased it soon after it became available. I have used TurboTax for many years. I will use something else next year - I don't care what it costs. H&R Block has good reviews.
