Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax could be better It's well done, but very pushy about adding more services; not only that, it's already $120 (for basic) just to file when the filer did all the work filling out the data. The extra fee, if you wanted us to deduct it from the fed return, was very sketchy considering we're already paying major $ for what's considered a 2-3 hour of self-service. Seriously? On top of $120, you wanted to charge us another $40 to use the quick return service and hide the alternative options in a link (such as paying yourself). It reeks of desperation and lack of confidence in your product that you have to exploit the people in order to use it. I'm going to rethink using this service for 2023 filing year, I've been a customer for over a decade. . .
