Although I do wish that there was some help from a live person without having to pay extra money. I am a low income, self employed worker who couldn't afford to pay the extra money to upgrade. I had quite a few questions this year but in the end, I got them done! Thanks Turbo Tax !!!! I'll definitely be back next year!

The overall process was very simple and easy for me to understand, and if there was something I did not understand there was a multitude of explanations readily available. Taxes were causing me a lot of stress and worry this year, and TurboTax did very well in easing those concerns! Will definitely be using this service again.
