Rated 4 out of 5 by from First Year I've Had Problems I have been a faithful TurboTax user for 25+ years and have only encountered very minimal issues in the past - and those were easily handled with a phone call to customer service. This year, my city taxes are being based on an incorrect amount - as verified by one employer who also provided a separate W-2 with the correct income amount for the non-resident City tax to be based on. (This has to do with remote vs. in-office work due to COVID.) However, nothing I have tried will resolve the issue. So, If you read this BEFORE you do your own taxes, be aware of this problem!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple and Fast Worker bee with W-2 form, some interest from savings, some Cryptocurrency. TurboTax downloaded my Crypto transactions and calculated everything else for me. This was a real time saver.

Turbo Tax generally does not have the ability to connect my prior year tax return that is in my documents to set up the next year, even though I have used Turbo Tax for the last three years. I have to insert that info manually

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy as always I've used TurboTax to file my taxes for a bunch of years now, and it keeps getting easier. I feel confident knowing that they've done all the heavy lifting, and all I have to do is enter my data (and I don't even have to enter much of that anymore, since they're able to import most of it).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from seems even simpler and faster seemed even easier this year. With the latest tax code, i seem to pay more taxes, but the filing process seems smoother. I prefer Turbo tax over other filing software

However government is getting more and more involved in everyones lives and need to make sure they are getting what they think they are due and the questions are getting more and more tricky. Hopefully I answered correctly. I have he MAX taken out of my checks as I always have but Federal still doesn't think they get enough which angers me.
