Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good tax prep experience My only suggestion would be at the end when the program checks for potential errors, it would be a good idea to show info from previous year as a guide and explain why a potential issue still exists. Otherwise, a generally productive and positive experience. I've noticed that the program has steadily improved in user-friendliness over the years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Continually escalating cost The cost of the software kept going up and up as one thing after another required me to upgrade to a more and more expensive plan. Finally they got the price up to where they just took my entire refund. Im not at all happy about this.

We've used this for a number of years so there is information provided we don't have to enter. It also shows what we answered the previous year, and this means we don't have to get out the previous year's return.
