Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great but is becoming very expensive Overall this is a very well built product and I've been using it for many years. But the filing cost is way expensive. I almost considered a free alternative this year. With Block's tax filing app gaining popularity and improving, I doubt if I or my friends continue using TurboTax in the coming years at this price.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Useful but had software problems Software created duplicate documents about investments imported from Schwab. Needed the extensive help of my financial advisor to untangle the problem, to identify and delete the duplicate documents, and to reassure me about validity of the return. It is not the first time that software problems occurred. The same kind of glitch happened last year.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from UGH I do Not appreciate turbo tax holding on to prior bank account information & I do Not like the fact that turbo offer to many outsider websites and advertisements. I do not appreciate the fact the cost increase ever year for their repeat/Loyal Customers!!!
