Rated 5 out of 5 by from Always used it although they say it's been 8 years Turbotax is precise, private, exact, and easily puts the taxpayer in the driver's seat. The hardest part of filing is gathering all the information and documents. Why leave home with the forms when you can enter the information yourself, guided by an intensely precise and careful program designed to do what tax experts do - use a program that finds every way to make your return exact and utilize the deductions that you deserve? Every reason to avoid consulting third parties and every reason to do it yourself with the ease of Turbotax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to complete and file I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and needed to use an expert for a question. It was quick, easy to navigate and the tax professional who called me was very friendly, professional and informative.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from having all the added forms makes life easy as always, turned a 20 hour process to a 3 hours process, there was a few question this year that I ended up needing to find outside turbotax help... got to work on that! would get 5 starts if you actively did not hide your FREEDOM Free file (people under 60K) which is required by LAW that you provide.. i tested it out for grins and giggled and its full of bug.. kinda of shaddy and reason why I do not use your accounting software.. but other then that great job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from A frustrating year.ai Granted, I waited till the last minute (not like me) got frustrated trying to load the software into my computer, then, in the end, I was unable to obtain my AGI for 2021 so I could not e-file, requiring I mail my forms LATE (now past midnight)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced to acquire I was on the app on my phone, which was great until I was forced to acquire an upgrade with not even an 'x' to click on. I pressed continue and that's when it sealed the deal of me committing to premium. I didn't appreciate being forced to purchase something when I was already having to complete payment for state taxes. I was livid and I hope that you give people a choice to pay. I wasn't even using the service and they wouldn't let me reverse the selection. It all just adjusted.
