Rated 4 out of 5 by from a bit confussing I've used Turbo Tax "forever". Every year y'all change the software which normally isn't a problem. But this year, it took me longer due to the fact in several places I hit the continue button and it just sat there. And you had to keep entering the same info. 4 different times. Other than that, it wouldn't turn me away from using TurboTax

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is my lifeline. The fact that TurboTax walks you through each step and has explanatory guidance for each step really makes tax filings simple and straightforward. Having the ability to come back and make corrections and refinements throughout the process is extremely helpful. I've been using TurboTax for 7 years now and would not consider any other way of preparing and filing my returns.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made it easier I've had a lot of bad luck with past tax preparers, not being honest, messing stuff up and when I get audited, they've disappeared, so now I do my own, which is a scary thing because I'm not a professional. Switching to turbo tax was and is the best decision so far. It's incredibly easy to use and I feel confident that I'm getting things done right.
