She was quick to respond and very nice but I didn't feel confident that she knew what she was talking about. I also went back to change some information upon the review before filing but it didn't change the information on the paperwork so I am not confident about my return at all.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It works... TurboTax is okay and relatively affordable. But you can't go 3 steps without being asked to pay more money to upgrade or sign up for something unrelated. It's not always obvious that the information isn't required unless you read carefully, so you have to be on guard as well as annoyed. We'll probably research a platform with less hassle for next year.
