Why not add a couple of stars in the ratings because they are ALL STARS and there is space for at least a total of 10 fit in the ratings space for them. They are professional and well prepared absolutely & without exceptions. I'm telling you. The world has seen and felt the mayhem & chaos of last year 2020.and here it is TAX day 2021 and here comes panic time. So many tax head spinning confusing tax filing rules... we all are overwhelmed to say the least.. LOOK NO FURTHER my fellow Americans! TURBO TAX is EVERYTHING YOU NEED. They are a class act. They have answers and they stay calm and they will stop and reassure you that there's nothing to worry about because from the top to bottom -- that already know how to take care of your situation. They have done ALL the footwork and are true experts for US, the customers. I guarantee you they will treat you like an important person and will listen to you, encourage you and it's done. I must applaud EVERYONE in EVERY part of their organizations.. Thank you to the software development department. WOW!! They covered it.... Nicely done. I have written procedural manuals step by step. It's real detailed, time consuming & requires serious slot of focus. Just like what the software developers and the writers that worked side-by-side with the software developers - many thanks as well. As you can see, I was able to think about how much I appreciated time to chill and appreciate people that do good things in this world and it is my hope that EVERYBODY will come to TURBO TAX... There is NOWHERE else you will go for all things related to tax help. They are THE BEST period!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Harder to navagate this year Perhaps the system was overwhelmed because I waited to the last minute but I/it kept missing/skipping over entire sections and had to go back repeatedly because I knew something was never asked or found in the final checks. Usually it is very smooth and soothing, not this time. But it did get in on time.
