Rated 4 out of 5 by from Program is good, missing some needed features Appreciate the overall value Turbo Tax offers. Since I did my taxes manually for many years, I believe an option to print an outline of the input sequence would be helpful since the information is not requested in the same order as the tax forms. Would also like to be able to print some of the screens available after the check has been completed where the last two years of income and expenses are comparatively presented. Would be great for future tax planning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy with Turbo Tax I've used Turbo Tax for years and although it does appear to have been getting more expensive over the years (inflation) I was so thrilled to be able to talk to a tax professional as well as the option to have audit protection and all those other services.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Wish there was more pricing transparency I've been using TurboTax for many years, and it gets more and more expensive every year. And the price always rises as you enter more information. It would be much less frustrating if I could see the total cost upfront. This year, a few forms gave me particular trouble. In one case, none of the drop down options matched my form. The non-employee compensation section was very confusing because it felt like a lot of the questions were for very different tax situations, and the help articles didn't really help. I used to really enjoy using TurboTax to do my taxes, but now it feels overpriced for a clunky system with too many "upgrade" screens.
