Simple returns are a snap, but once additional factors come into play, the charges start to mount and the process seems to run in circles. It becomes difficult to go back to see if information was already entered under another category. Overall, not a satisfied customer...

This year I thought I would try it again because my friends were using it and it was actually very simple. Got it done in less than an hour!
