Rated 1 out of 5 by from Confusing Software!! Hello TurboTax Team, I just wanted to take a minute to give you some feedback on your services. Some of the questions were vague and indirect. My wife and I were able to figure most of it out but we both have advanced degrees so I can't imagine others having the same result. A big part of the reason people file online with services like yours is to save and remember the information from prior tax years. However the questionnaires lead me on a wild goose chase of information. This makes tax season a nightmare for most and any easy fight between spouses. Try to spend a little more time with your software asking the right questions once instead of multiple times and stop asking me to repeat myself with standard information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Self Employed I won't be filing with turbo tax anymore. They charged me extra fee's that I have never had to pay before on top of the fee for using the service. A fee for choosing to take money out of my refund and a extra fee for turbo tax to submit my federal AND state return. Why would I only pay to have my federal returns submitted? Makes no sense!
