Rated 2 out of 5 by from Forcing into higher cost tiers is annoying It makes little to no sense that having any amount of investments requires such an expensive tier - it connects to the investment account and pulls the information to you. Please make ways for cheaper completion of tax returns with investments or the option to self-file investments in another way (i.e allow me to tell you what the impact of investments is and print out the rest of the forms that would reflect this and i can do the investement forms myself). I also dont care about your assurances; I would be willing to opt out of holding you to any legal liability for cheaper services.
