Rated 2 out of 5 by from The frustration is in the details I felt barraged by options to pay TurboTax more for "upgraded" options to provide the same tax information. I had started with an offer for "free" TurboMax, which, because I had waited a few days between beginning and finishing my returns, became a $59 charge, and then to add State taxes, $59 again (~$120). Did I get any warning that I was being charged that much? No. When I realized I was being charged and I could do all this for free, I opted to do that, and ALL of my information was erased. Then I spent another hour filling in the information to get to the end and NOT complete filing because my number was incorrect on my account and there was NOT another option for verifying my account. After 8 minutes with an automaton, I got a rep that had to re-enter ALL the information I had given to the automaton, and then I spent another 45 minutes on the phone with the agent who had incorrect information about how I could change my phone number. She sent me an address to request a change that sent me to a page for a Corporate SSO number. She told me that I should be able to change my phone number with a simply feature after getting into the Intuit account - it was not there. Finally, I ended up on the right page in the account area and after 3 additional clicks was able to change my phone number - and I only needed to transpose 2 numbers - 2! All of this made an already frustrating experience truly horrible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great. Quick and Easy Loaded years 2021 to amend a return and loaded 2022. 2022 updates failed kept getting error code1603. After following various fix scenarios including check for updates (Win10), I uninstalled both years, cleared cache & chrome history, ran norton smartscan and Dell's Support assist, then rebooted. Installed 2022 again and everything worked.
