Rated 1 out of 5 by from A horrible experience, truly deserves ZERO stars Countless glitches and incorrect data being sent from Quickbooks Self-Employed to TurboTax, then spend hours on the phone with customer service, only to be hung up on three times. I'm convinced that their Agents are just paid Actors that pretend to work while you listen to them putter around their apartment and ask a question they already have the answer to every 5-10 minutes, only to then "accidentally" hang up on you after 30-45 minutes. TT also demanded me to PAY for the filing, despite already having a Monthly Self Employed Bundle subscription that waives the Federal Filing Fee. Between the price hikes of Quickbooks Self-Employed and this utter disaster that was TT2022, Intuit has permanently lost a customer of more than a decade. Avoid Intuit products!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too costly and limited support For a W2 and 1099-DIV filing for Federal only, a $119 charge is toooooo much . On top , once paid, there is no way to get a refund even if you decide not to file with TurboTax. I tried calling multiple times and raising refund requests online, but it simply does not work. I have been filing with Turbotax for last 6 years and never had this issue.. charges have been reasonable in the past and you would know what exactly you are paying and for what service. This year, it just does not feel right, still went ahead and filed since I already paid them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what it use to be... The K-1 section was very confusing, and I think it resulted in an overpayment of taxes. The only hope I have is for the State of PA and the IRS to sort out the gibberish that Turbo Tax filled the forms with.
