Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Turbo tax is very time-consuming and not straightforward and very expensive. The fees go up higher every year and the economy does as well, but the incomes do not go up as much. I feel return customers should get a break, on some of the fees.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Product does not take no for an answer After asking your preferences it keeps badgering you to upgrade and provide personal information many times; very annoying ans time consuming to keep clicking through. It also skipped several steps for entering expenses and charitable contributions with out explanation. Also did not fill in over 20 information fields that should have been easy to do for the State return. Bad information about 529 taxable income limits and how to get around paying taxes on distributions. Probably the last year for me with all of these issues I don't have a high level of confidence that everything was done correctly.
