Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax makes filing easy and uncomplicated. As long as you follow the prompts, filing on your own is very easy. Also, there is always a Turbo tax consultant to ask via chat or phone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I didn't want premium I didn't even realize i had premium until the very end when i was charged $119 for it. I didn't want that. My income is simple enough to file without needing to pay for these unnecessary services. I felt tricked into it ny the end but went through just to get it over with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty ez and powerful Software is good and catches good returns. Problem is when I make a mistake, sometimes its hard to find/fix the mistake. I was trying to remove a form from tools > delete form and it just would not remove. I called help and they fixed me up fast. So its hard to do somethings, but you are not alone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buggy and Annoying Worst Feature: Doesn't tell you your eligibility for IRA or Roth IRA amount without going through the process of claiming you made a payment. 2nd Worst Feature: Whenever filing returns, I get to the end, hit transmit, and it ALWAYS says "oh, wait, there's an update, let me waste your time by forcing you to download the update, and nothing will change, and it will take quite a few minutes" 3rd Worst Feature: It asks a million questions (that I hesitate to ignore) about details for itemizing taxes, only to of course find that I need to use the standard deduction 4th Worst Feature: There is a continual dialog box (that cannot be clicked, used or dismissed) claiming that Turbotax encountered a problem and wants to send info to Intuit 5th Worst Feature: The amount you charge for additional state forms and e-file is outrageous.
